I know Lidia and Monica will be thrilled to see the Menudo posting. Shanon, do you have any of their music that you can bring down to liven up the party?
They came out with a movie, didn't they? Does anyone remember trying to get into the "Cine Imperial" without facing Lidia's grandmother? Those scornful looks!! Maybe we can go see a movie there on Saturday night for "old times sake"?
I also remember all the peliculas chinas "Pata 'e Mula" would bring in. It is no wonder my parents would never go see movies at the club! Good popcorn, though...and you could always sign the "vale" for all the cokes you could drink! Dona Mina and Guzman fixed a mean hamburger too. Ahhh...those were simpler days.
I'm going to go through my Mom's albums and see what wonderful pictures I can dig up and post. Some should be priceless!

Si, Gaby, qué bien está tu memoria...cuál es tu secreto? Tengo que tomar más aceite de pescado para acordarme de todo esto. Y efectivamente, eran Los Chicos (Chayanne todavía anda por ahi) y también 5+1 (memories...), que era el Menudo de Honduras. Los que interesaban eran 2 de los 6 más que todo.... :) eran otros tiempos, verdad? Where is Maggie?

Me contó Alejandro (esposo de Lidia) que ella ha estado un poquito malita de salud desde el fin de semana. Creo que por eso no ha estado por acá. Maggie, get better soon....
