So....next reunion in Germany, Hector Protector?

Pues en mi tiempo libre yo...trabajo. Estoy un poco trabajólica ultimamente. But I also listen to a lot of music, podcasts, watch movies, read books sometimes....etc etc. Read or seen anything good lately?

tiempo libre? well, I guess I have some now that Jared is in Honduras. I like to go out, dancing, playing pool, hanging out with friends. Every once in a while I'll play a game of basketball, just to feel like I'm doing something to keep in shape. I like going to the park on sundays with my dog and have everyone say, "oh, look at the cute puppy!" ;)
But lately, my favorite thing to do on a day off is staying home. I clean, play on the computer, do laundry, but do everything at my own lazy pace...aaaaah!

oh, and if you get a chance, find the book "Jitterbug Perfume" by Tom Robbins...or just about any book by him. He's awesome.

OF COURSE it makes sense to get together where people can go.

Bueno, gracias por the reading recommendations. Ya por el momento dejaré de pelear con Hector y con las opiniones de su Ex....

Let's keep the POSITIVE ideas flowing...

a lot of the schools I went to growing up have their reunions in the US, because that is where most of us live now. I don't think it's weird in any way. I think financially it's more feasible for a lot of us.

Shanon, I hadn't heard about that cd, but I will look for it. I've always said I would love to sit with Tom Robbins and just tweak his brain.

Hey guys! I'm here too. I read all your comments. First, you guys are right, you should have your reunion over there. We had a great time over here, it's only fair you do it too.
In my free time... actually, I don't have free time. I am a teacher, i work at EIS, I'm supposed to be in vacation, but believe me, I haven't had a chance to rest. I wake up every day at 6:00 a.m and my day begins as the "chofer" of my sisters and my mom. I go to SPS from 2 to 3 times every day. Then from 5:00p.m - 9:00p.m I teach English as a second language in "American Language Center". This English center is of Mrs. Thompson. So, as you can see, I am very busy.

That's life in Honduras. I remember when I taught at Mhotivo, then would go home, take a nap, then head out to EIS to teach English at night. Funny thing is, I am more tired here working less hours than I was over there. Of course, it has been six years, so age might play a role in that.

I was just kidding, he's not a headache. My dog is, though!
My son is a beautiful kid, inside and out. He wants to be a model. He is a born diplomat, though. He can sweet talk his way out of anything. He loves music, especially the drums. But really, his best feature is his heart. he is really a loving person who tries his best to make everyone around him happy.
Ok, can you tell I am a mom?

Hector, the English clases are beginners, intermediate, and advanced courses. The books that we use are True Colors, but Mrs. Thompson wants to change them. She wants to use Word Link.

My son is really something special. He is nine years old now. His birthday was last Saturday. He's very hyper and loves to be playing around the house. You can imagine my dad how he gets when he is trying to rest and my son is playing in the house. But he is also a real sweetheart, specially with me. He loves to hug and kiss me a lot and he is very jealous. He takes very good care of me.

I know a lot of people will disagree with this, but being a single mom rules! the bond between mom and child is even stronger.
although I am not discarding the importance of a dad's role at all. Many times I have wished my son had a male role model in his life.
