Los Powers

This is my husband, Ty. Ya lo tengo un poquito mareado hablándole de EILL, but he's being a good sport. Este mes cumplimos 14 años de casados.
También van unas fotos de mis sobrinas Edith (with some friends on her birthday) and Tere. They are 13 and 8.5, and the loves of my life, even though I don't get to be around them as often as I'd like.

Edith (center) and Teresa...

Nos casamos al graduarme yo de college, recién cumplidos los 21 míos....él estaba terminando su master's porque es un poco mayor que yo (he's 40 now, going on 41). We met in church. Still really hoping to have babies before we get too ancient.

Son las dos niñas de Enrique, quien vive en La Lima con su esposa, hijas, y mi mamá. Mi papá formó otra familia el año que yo me casé....(late-life crisis) pero sigue viviendo en el mismo vecindario. Es como una novela en chiquito...

You guys need to come check out Nashville sometime and get educated!

Hmm. Claudia, he is much better-looking than Bill Gates :) We are still working on the billionaire part.

I actually have been to Nashville, and even though it is in the hills, it is a happenin' place.

My parents grew up in Arkansas. Shanon, you lived in Little Rock for a while and perhaps you know the answer to this question. If a couple gets divorced in Arkansas, are they still cousins?? (Sorry, bad joke).
